How to make a Notion weekly planner

Block design

Using blocks in Notion is the easiest way to get yourself moving.

Calendar view

The calendar view is my personal preferred view.

For me, using dates for action and due dates for accountability. I can get things done and plan things out easier in the Calendar view. Having said that, you could combine the board and agenda view together.

Timeline view

Notion recently introduced the timeline view. This is another view in the database options.

The difference with this view is that instead of having one viewing option where you tin can change the properties that announced, you can actually change the viewing timespan in this view.

The hour view is split by fifteen minute intervals.

The day view by hour.
